Operational terms for shipping, delivery, installation and receipt of biomedical products purchased or quoted through I-ME.

Scope

This policy applies to online purchases, formally confirmed quote orders and deliveries coordinated by I-ME International Medical Enterprise in Colombia.

Final timing, costs and conditions depend on product, city, availability, import status, required installation and scope approved in the order or quote.

Timing and costs

Products with immediate availability are dispatched after payment, billing details and delivery address are validated. Products ordered on demand, imported or requiring technical configuration are delivered according to the schedule confirmed by a commercial advisor.

Shipping, insurance, handling, installation, training or commissioning costs are disclosed before closing when applicable. If the website does not show an automatic cost, I-ME confirms it in the quote or order confirmation.

Receiving the product

The customer must check packaging, quantities, reference, physical condition and accessories upon receipt. Any issue must be reported in writing with photographs or video within a reasonable period after delivery.

Biomedical equipment requiring installation, calibration, technical validation or training must be operated according to manufacturer manuals and I-ME recommendations.
