General Management
Business experience, construction, and hospital management
I-ME’s General Management is led by an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of
professional experience, particularly linked to construction, project development, and
hospital management.
This background gives the company an understanding that goes beyond medical equipment
itself: it enables us to see how infrastructure, technology, operations, economic
resources, and care needs interact inside a healthcare institution.
That global view is especially relevant in hospital projects where a technically
excellent solution only creates value when it can be correctly integrated into the
institution’s operational reality.
Technology Management
Engineering applied to real business problems
Technology Management is headed by a computer engineer with an extensive professional
track record in telecommunications, systems, innovation, and technology consulting.
Throughout his career he has taken part in launching hundreds of initiatives and
solving thousands of business challenges through the practical application of advanced
technologies.
His involvement in the I-ME project brings that experience into the biomedical sector
and helps build a company where technology is not only an internal tool, but a
strategic capability.
Automation, artificial intelligence, systems integration, knowledge management,
information analysis, and digital platform development are part of a strategy designed
so I-ME can respond faster, more accurately, and more efficiently to client needs.
Commercial Management
Nationwide experience in import, distribution, and execution
Commercial Management contributes a broad track record as an importer and distributor
of industrial and technology equipment, as well as experience developing and executing
large-scale projects across different regions of Colombia.
This knowledge is essential to understanding Colombia’s market reality: suppliers,
international negotiation, import, logistics, territorial distribution, commercial
structuring, and effective project execution.
Our commercial capability is therefore not limited to selling technology. It is aimed
at ensuring solutions can actually reach the institutions that need them.
Human Resources Management
People as part of the strategy
Our Human Resources Management is led by a psychologist with extensive experience in
talent management, personal development, and psychological support.
Her professional background combines building and consolidating teams with a deep
vocation for people development, which she continues in parallel through her
psychology practice and support in especially complex personal situations.
This perspective brings I-ME a particularly important dimension: behind any
organization, technology, or project there are always people. Building a company able
to grow sustainably requires selecting talent, developing capabilities, consolidating
teams, and creating a culture based on responsibility, learning, and commitment.
Finance and Legal Management
Rigor for high-complexity projects
Financial and legal responsibility is led by a professional trained as a lawyer and
public accountant, with extensive experience in the financial, accounting, legal, and
business management of high-volume, high-complexity organizations and operations.
This dual training gives I-ME a particularly valuable perspective for structuring
commercial operations, managing risk, maintaining financial rigor, and properly
addressing the legal, contractual, tax, and corporate obligations inherent to company
growth.
In a regulated sector and in projects that may involve imports, financing,
contracting, guarantees, and multiple stakeholders, this capability is an essential
component of our corporate structure.
