Before quoting, we review room conditions, installation requirements, integration and applicable documentation for each SKU. Regulatory validation is confirmed per device.
For renewals or new services, equipment lists can be structured around operational priorities and the institution-defined scope.

How to structure an institutional purchase
Use this guide to prepare a comparable request. It does not replace clinical or technical assessment, nor manufacturer documentation.
- Define studies, expected volume and required continuity before comparing modalities.
- Validate room, power, shielding, connectivity and image-workflow integration.
- Request installation, acceptance, training and maintenance scope per SKU.
For each SKU, I-ME confirms applicable documentation, commercial scope and support conditions. INVIMA organizes medical-device and biomedical-equipment requirements throughout their lifecycle; WHO recommends integrating inspection and preventive and corrective maintenance into equipment management.
